Q: transfer from iTunes to iPhone Music task under setting menu only appear iCloud music library is on so can't sync help me

when i connect to iTunes for transfer music form iMac to iPhone but under music task appear iCloud music library is on and only sync voice memo can't sync music.

That is because you are either using iTunes Match, or you are enrolled in Apple Music. With either, you sync with the iCloud Music Library, not iTunes:

Check your Apple Music library settings - Apple Support
