I understand from your post that you've made an in-app purchase, and you have not yet received what you bought. For support with this issue I suggest that you follow the steps in the link below to report a problem with the purchase.

Sep 11, 2015 8:13 AM in response to armorwizby KahLeong33,You better hope you can receive ur item soon. If ur purchase fail then apple support cant help u with anything other than direct you to deal with the app developer from my recent experience.
