while updating iphone 5 was powered off!!

my iPhone 5 was powered off while updating. now it is stuck on apple logo with loading bar. Fully charged battery will stay on same screen jntill dead. Nothing has worked I dont get a recovery screen no othrr options at all. How can I maybe fix thi without a computer???
