why do my photos have to download from icloud before I can share them. I didn't download them from there. I actually took them with my phone and I dont remember asking apple to delete them form my phone. Its still taking up space on my phone so why am I getting the errors? Need Help Someone 🙂🙂

If you have Settings > iCloud > Photos > Optimize iPhone Storage turned on, it is possible that even though you took the photo on the phone the original may have been removed in order to make space available for other things.
If you do not need to have your photos in iCloud, then switch iCloud > Photos to OFF. However, before you do anything here are two articles I recommend to make sure you do lose any photos.

I just tried them again and they work from my end. Try them again from yours. Sometimes the Apple servers are busy and you get a "proxy error" which just means you have to try again in a few minutes. I Now have my photos on my iPhone. Cost a little disk space though.
