How do I access Apple Sript in OS 10.4.11?
Tiger comes with a number of Automator actions; these actions are stored in /System/Library/Automator.

AppleScript is in the Applications folder
AppleScrptS can be made available at all times in the Menu Bar in AppleScript Utility.app > Preferences
Individual Apps also display their own AppleScriptS in the Menu Bar
