Q: PLEASE I need iCloud account help!

I have an iCloud account but I can't remember my info so I signed up for a new one. Someone had access to my old account is there any way for that person to gain access to my new account info?

As long as you keep your password secure and don't let anyone else know it or use it you should be fine.

Why not just change the password on your old account?

Hello thank you for replying. I tried to log in to change the password,but it wouldn't allow me in. I must have changed it and I don't remember.

While accesing iCloud account ensure you don't click on Save Password. This might allow access to your iCloud account if someone else use the same device or computer. For resetting the password you can click on forget password and the link for reset will come to your registered Email ID.
