Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you're not able to add a payment method to your iTunes Store account. Be sure to use the steps mentioned in Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store.
- From the Account Information page, click Edit to the right of Payment Type. You can see which payment methods the iTunes Store accepts in the Payment Type section. If you're using Family Sharing, only the family organizer can update the payment information. Learn more about payment information and Family Sharing.

- Change or remove your information. To remove the payment method, select None.
See what to do if you don't see None or can't select it.

- Click Done.
After you change your payment information, the iTunes Store places a temporary authorization hold on your credit card to verify your updated account information.
If you're using one of the payment methods accepted in your region but it isn't accepted, the article suggests contacting iTunes Store support for help.

If you need help changing your payment information, credit card details, or billing information, contact iTunes Store support. Or you might find the answer to your question below:
- If you change your payment method, make sure your account information matches the credit card information on file with your financial institution.
- If you use an AOL screen name to sign in to the iTunes Store, editing your information on the Account Information page won't update your AOL account. If you need to update your AOL account information, contact AOL.
- If your previous payment wasn't accepted, you might need to change your payment information.
All the best.
