Problems with usb wifi adapter

So my wifi card in my 2010 macbook pro died a few years ago. Instead of paying an arm and a leg to get it replaced, I bought a USB WiFi adapter.

I've gone through about 4 of them.

So my current one has been working fine and then it decides to stop working.

I've tried to install different drivers and so far none are working. The farthest I've gotten, is that it asks to enable it in the system preferences. There is no USB option in the network drop down.

The adapter is a Bolse N300 with the big antenna on it.

Help!
