Q: New post won't update

When I create a post with assignments, I cannot access the updated course information on iTunesU on my iPhone 6 or iPad mini. One of my students cannot either (iPhone 6 plus and iPad mini), but the rest haven't had any problems. I can see all the updated information on the Course Manager from my Macbook Air running Yosemite, but not from my iPhone or iPad. Sometimes iTunes will push an update for my iPhone, but the app itself will not update. Is this a known bug, or is there something I can do to force iTunesU to update on my iOS devices?

 

I've tried posting assignments with no assignments, no due dates, hand-in/grading disabled/enabled, nothing seems to make a difference.

    I am also having massive sync issues. I post on Safari and it is not showing up in the course on my phone or new iPad Air2. I have been having to delete the iTunes U app and reinstall. I am not sure what is going on. I also am not able to load student submitted pdfs, I can see them but they will bot load.

    I had a similar issue last night.  I could see the latest post on one device but not the other.  I tapped my name in the upper right hand corner which resulted in a request for a password.  This seems to have done the trick.
