iPad not downloading iCloud photos

HI All

My iPad (well both my iPads - iPad 2 and iPad mini retina) aren't fully downloading photos from iCloud. As per the attachment, the # of photos looks correct but only some download, the remainder just have a cloud in the corner and when I click on them the timer gets to 15% and then stops.

Any one else seeing this ?

There is no screenshot, if that is what you meant by see the attachment. You didn't include anything to see.

If you are using iCloud Photo Library, I would try restarting your devices. I had issues downloading photos when my son sent me an iCloud shared album. Some of the photos (there about 150 of them) downloaded quickly and without issue. However a number of them just wouldn't finish downloading. I deleted the album and restarted my iPad and then I was able to get them all to download.

If worse comes to worse you can always try downloading the photos from the cloud. Itself. Use my step by step link below to see your iCloud photo library on your iPad.

Also do you have enough storage space on your iPad ? Maybe you could try settings> Photos and Camera> Optimise iPad Storage to take up less room.

How do I see my stored pictures on my iPad ?
