I am running Yosemite 10.10.5 but the App Store says I have yet to download it. How do I correct that error?

I Have been running the latest version of Yosemite but the App Store says that has not been downloaded. How do I correct that situation? I do not want to install it again.

OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1), Running Mavericks
