    No. The last update of Safari for Windows was made in May 2012 so Safari for Win is no longer secure. Apple have removed it from their downloads pages.

     

    Please don't be tempted to get if if you see it offered on  third-party download hosting sites. Many such sites will load you with malware/adware and you still have an out-of-date, non-secure browser.

    Nope, I'm afraid not.  You should try Firefox or Chrome if you need a browser for Windows.
