Cant figure out passcode need help now!

I recently downgraded from 9.1 beta to 8.4.1 but for some reason i have a passcode set. Whenever i swipe to upgrade and i cant figure it out. its disabled for 39 mins now and I just cant figure out what it is. I've tried erasing it from find my iPhone. But while its not hooked up to the internet it cant do anything and while its my only apple device i cant contact apple cause i cant get the link they send me through email to work on windows. I don't know what to do.

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 8.4.1, passcode

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
