To change stroes, you must first cancel your Apple music membership.

Cannot change my country due to Apple music membership.

Even after turning off auto renewal option for Apple music, I'm unable to change country.

Just remember that canceling your Apple Music trial early so that you can switch stores will keep you from signing up for a new trial. If you decide to subscribe to Apple Music again you will need to pay.

Thank you. I recently moved to different country & payment cards has to be updated to that country. So I don't have other option but to change country preference now.
