I understand that your iPhone 5s will restart on it's own and display a blue screen. Here are the troubleshooting steps that I would recommend going through when experiencing this issue.

If your iOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo unexpectedly

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
