How to turn off debit payment option on my phon

How do I turn off the debit payment option? Every time I try to download an app or update one it does a verification thing though my debit card. I tried deleting the info but it wI'll not work!!! Plz help

It sounds like you are unable to change your payment method to none. Here is the best article to go through when you are unable to make this change.

Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information?
