What does this mean....

What does this mean?? Iwas trying to find my stolen ipod touch. We were trying to set up FInd my phone remotely from my computer, but I keep getting this message...

The other thing is I feel like the ipod may have been factory restarted or jail broken. Can I still locate the ipod if that has happened?
