Remove old installations from iCloud services

After having reinstalled OS X a couple of times, I noticed that iCloud services such as tab sync on Safari and text message forwarding still show my old installations as well as my new ones. All these installations are the same MacBook Pro with the same serial number, and the MacBook was removed from Find my iPhone and My Devices prior to some but not all installations.

I was wondering if there is a way to remove these old installations, as seen in this image? gveUCbG.jpg
