Q: I do not get the notification to approve purchases done by family

Hello,

I have set up family with my apple ID, when my kids are tryung to purchase an app, they get prompted to ask permission, which they do, but I never get the request to approve it. Can any body help ?

Howdy Pili1970,

If you are not receiving notifications for Ask to Buy purchases made by family members for whom you have set it up, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - Get help using Ask to Buy in the iTunes Store.
