Q: touch screen not working??

ive just took my iphone off charge and discovered that my touch screen is not working. for this reason i cant unlock it with a password or touch id because the iphone has been reset. what do i do??

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4.1

Hi james8111,

I know that it can be quite frustrating when your iPhone stops responding to input. Fortunately there are a number of troubleshooting steps outlined in the article linked below that can help restore functionality to your iPhone's screen.
