Can't share admin screen with more than one computer

Apple Remote Desktop 3.8 on my MacBook Pro (Retina, mid 2014) OS X 10.10.5

17 clients with ARD Client 3.8.4, OS X 10.9.5 (mixed iMacs, 2011 to 2013 models)

I can control, observe, copy, etc., etc. BUT I can't share my screen with the 17 clients. Clients' screens stay black. It only works if I share my screen with only one client, which is useless. And everything was working perfect with ARD 3.7 (besides the fact that 3.7 was broken the same way in the beginning, forcing a lot of users to downgrade temporarily). I don't want to downgrade again.

Does anyone here has the same problem?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), null
