how can i bypass the activation process as the previous employee has left and i dont know their apple id credentials and cant contact them

Employee has left the organisation and handed back ipad and iphone - when trying to factory reset - i cant get past the activation page - as they have their apple ID credentials in - please help

If this becomes a continuing issue, your going to have:


-- set up some procedure for employees who are leaving [ it's not a Windows machine ]
