Employee has left the organisation and handed back ipad and iphone - when trying to factory reset - i cant get past the activation page - as they have their apple ID credentials in - please help

You have to make an appointment with Apple genius bar and bring the receipt.
Activation lock cannot be bypassed.
Cheers - now to find the receipt, think we bought about 90 over past 3 yrs - fun times ahead
