I've set up the 2-steps-verification for my apple id. From that moment on, it isn't possible anymore to sign in at Messages or the App Store,.. with my apple id.
I always get an error.
There's no problem with my apple id or my password.
Can somebody help me?

I'm not sure what the problem you are having with the App Store is but Messages (and FaceTime and Game Center) require that you use an "app-specific" password if you are using 2-step verification. More information: Using app-specific passwords - Apple Support
i've generated an app-specific password for messages, but then i get the error: the apple id or password isn't correct.
After generating the app-specific password you must enter it without any errors. The easiest way is to generate it on your iOS device, copy it, and paste it.
i'm sorry, i think i wasn't clear from the start. I mean 'Messages' on my mac. imessages on my iphone isn't a problem.
Then I'm stumped. I have no trouble signing in using my app-specific password.
No, i thought maybe i did something wrong. I thought maybe it was a know issue.
But then i will stop with 2-steps-verification and the problem will solve itself. 🙂
