I am currently having this problem with my itunes when I connect my iphone 4 ios 7.1.2 with pc OS- windows 8.

Please help me out of this!

Hey raffia,

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you get an error when you connect the iPhone to the PC. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
