Q: App download

 

A single app is taking complete day to download even after I have tried resetting my device, tried 2 different wifi connections, tried with LTE but the issue is same in my iPhone 6+, MacBoo, iPad 4, totally confused, any one any resolutions, please suggest

    Dear Mario, thank U very much for putting in time and effort for trying to  bringing up to a resolution to my problem, here I would like to mention that I am having a speed of 8 MBPS and I have  check the speed to be in order to the app speed check,  now the issue is that the apps with the size of approximately 30 MB is taking almost full night to download  on my iPhone 6 Plus, MacBook Pro, iPad 4, I have tried downloading the apps connecting to 2 different wifi connections which are being provided to be  by two different service providers what I mean to say is that the Wi-Fi connections are provided are two individual connections with different modems and different routers, I have tried downloading the app from the LTE as well  The problem remains the same 30 MB size of an app takes almost full night to download in any of my three gadgets,  I have tried downloading different apps almost 10 apps but the problem is same  with all the apps , I have tried all I could think of hardboot, reset, reset network, nothing is working so far, I hope that I am able to explain the issue, Regards,

    Were you able to get a fix for this problem.

    nothing as of now, I have been trying various options but nothing seems working, bye the way which area or place are you?  As it might not be an area based issue

    One respite seems the iOS 9 launch is September 16 tentatively, the issue might get resolved after update

     

    lets wait for couple of days,

     

    till ill then keep sharing

    I am based in Gurgaon. Don't seems to be an area based issue.I know people facing similar issues in other places as well.

    I spoken to apple care US couple of days back, had a long  conversation with the technical team, they denied having any knowledge about the issue worldwide, I have checked various forums, similar problem poped up back in year 2012, I m placed in Model Town, Delhi, now next thing that needs to be checked that it might not be a Region based issue....
