has anyone just lost an audiobook before?

I read an audiobook about 2 years ago. Bought and paid for. I believe it was 14.99. The book was good, but it was long and clunky so i never really revisited it. Now I'm taking a college class where this book is extremely relevant. I went to look for it in my iTunes library and its no where to be found. I search out the audiobook in the store after rifling through my purchase history where it was also not to be found and low and behold theres the exact book for 14.99 again. Normally I wouldnt really care, but this is a time sensitive issue since my semester started and I'm pretty **** annoyed

Anyone else out there have this problem? If so how did you go about fixing it because conveniently the apple support website is not loading the internet page and at this point I'm getting ****** off.

Thanks anyone.

Audiobooks (and tones) are a one-time only download from the store, you will be charged if you want to redownload it. Do you not have a copy of it on your backup of your downloads/library, or on a Time Machine backup of your Mac ? If you haven't (and if it's exactly the same version that is still in the store) then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a redownload : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
