Q: keyboard tab disappear in boot camp control panel

i installed windows 7 smoothly on my imac '21 , and windows works properly . But in the boot camp control panel , i cant find the 'keyboard' tab , there are only 'startup' and 'power' were shown .Therefore , i cant use the function key with my apple key (brightness , volume.....) . Some people on the internet said that i needed to use the boot camp driver downloaded from boot camp application on mac os , but its driver didnt allow me to install it because this driver doesnt suit my windows (it suits for windows 8 or above). So how can i fix it?

Please see System requirements to install Windows on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support and Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support and download drivers appropriate for your Mac year/model and If you don't see some features of your Mac in Windows - Apple Support .

Can you manually run AppleKeyboardInstallerx64.exe or the appropriate binary from the Bootcamp folder and check? Do you have any unknown devices in Device Manager? What is the exact year/model of your Mac?

Can you post a screen shot of your Device Manager with HID devices and Keyboard and Mouse entries expanded, depending on the available entries?

Can you run the following two steps...

Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support
How to Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

and try to re-install the Keyboard, Trackpad and Mouse drivers?
