Q: Does ANYONE know where I can find Safari to reinstall with OS X.10.5 WITHOUT reinstalling the ENTIRE OS????

I am having a **** of a time trying to get Safari to work right, and now it doesn't work at all, so, I want to reinstall it on my Mac mini---but I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE, AND AM FRUSTRATED THAT I MAY HAVE TO REINSTALL THE ENTIRE OS IN ORDER TO GET THE SAFARI!!!  Right now, I'm using Firefox, and just may stay with this browser......but, can ANYONE give me any information on this problem BEFORE I JUST SCRAP SAFARI???

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9)
