Airplay diasppears from iTunes when streaming Beats1

Hi,

I wanted to listen to Beats1 on my Windows 7 PC and send the sound over to my office speaker which is attached to an Airport Express. However, every time I turn on Beats1, the Airplay icon disappears. If I put on a song from my library, it reappears.

How do I send Beats1 over Airplay?
