Sep 30, 2015 5:41 PM in response to Loner Tby cateshima,Hi Loaner T,
Sorry I didn't get back sooner. That J-O-B just keeps me busy. I have a iMac 24-inch 2008 model. I'll try and run those test. Maybe my computer is just too old and I've been pushing the limits on it. Will keep you posted.

Sep 30, 2015 5:43 PM in response to cateshimaby cateshima,Did all of the above and still after working on my mac on the Windows side after 45 minutes the screen went black. System was still running, but no way to get the display to come back on so had to do a hard restart.
Any thoughts on this one?

Sep 30, 2015 6:40 PM in response to cateshimaby Loner T,You seem to have thermal overheating of the GPU on the Windows side. Before the screen goes black, do you hear the fans come on? Does this happen around the same time (~45 minutes after booting into Windows) consistently? Is there enough air circulation where you Mac is? You can try to increase air circulation behind the Mac and test for any changes.

Sep 30, 2015 6:34 PM in response to Loner Tby cateshima,Maybe that could be it, but I don't hear the fan kick on. I'll see if I can put something there to circulate the air and see if that helps. Thanks!
