Q: I erased iPhoe 4 and it won't activate

After I erased my iPhone 4 it says it can't activate, to contact support. When it starts, after I choose the language, country and wireless network it says it can't activate, if the problem persist contact support. I also tried to activate with iTunes, same answer.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2, null
