Q: Redeeming my $15 iTunes card.

Two months ago, I redeemed a $15 iTunes card but the credits never showed up on my account. I've contacted Apple Support through E-mail but they've never replied back and it's been two months. What should I do from this point?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4.1
