Where did the color and brightness corrections disappear to?

I need to change the color and brightness on a clip and can't find where it is anymore. They hide it somewhere.

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.9)

SSelect the clip. Press Cmd-6. It's now added as an effect.
