Q: photos has stopped responding, error message sent, but how do I get photos working again?

This error message appeared on my screen:

Error message sent and photos reloaded (several times), but photos still not responding & photos still not uploading to iCloud. Has been stuck for several weeks, but today is the first time I've seen an error message.

MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2010), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

Next time you are seeing this error message, click the line where it says "Details", so we can see the actual error message. The "details" are probably hiding the crash log. Post the first 50 lines or so of this detailed error message. That might give us a clue what's going on.

Have you tried to update to MacOS X 10.10.5? That might fix a few bugs.

You might try emptying the cache in your browser.

Good sleuthing, WC! I missed the Apple Inc. link in the screenshot. I wish URLs would still look like URLs!

I updated to 10.10.5 last night. I have just emptied the cache in my browser (never done that before), Went back on iCloud and got the same error message which I have pasted below:

I'm getting the same error when I try to delete a photo. For some reason Apple Photos has never works as advertised for me. I would appreciate any help with this question!
