How to transfer purchased Apps from iPhone to Computer

iPhone 5s, iOS version: iOS 9.0 GM

iTunes Version: 12.2.2.25 64bit on Windows 7

I want to transfer purchased Apps from iPhone to Computer and not redownload them. I tried the steps in this introduction(Redownload or transfer your iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad or iPod to a computer - Apple Support), but nothing happened.
