Q: How to change country without none in payment method

Hello, SMZai, actually you can't. When you change your payment method from a previous existent account Apple asks you to confirm that you have a valid credit card of the country which you want to change to. The only way is to create a new account because even if you try to generate a fake credit card number Apple will make a test-transiction ($1) to check if it is really valid
