I use Safari browser on my Ipad and am told Apple Safari is the safest to use on the internet.
How do I download it for my computer running Windows 7 ?
I have tried many times with no luck !

Safari for Windows has been discontinued. The last version for Windows was released in 2012 and if you found a copy to download, it would definitely not be safe as there are numerous un-patched known vulnerabilities.
Use FireFox or Chrome if you do not want to use Internet Explorer.
