Q: Face Time audio calls not possible

Hi!

I have an Iphone 5s with the latest IOS 8.4.1 , using it in Estonia

The problem is, that i can make the Face Time video calls, but audio calls option is missing all over the phone,it can't be done nor in contacts nor through the Face Time app. It shows everywhere only the video icon.

Can anyone help me?

I have already read all the posts like If you can't make or receive FaceTime calls - Apple Support , and all the settings mentioned there are OK.

Here is the screen shot of contacts, it's the same on Face Time app, no Face Time Audio.
