After upgrading our infrastructure to use server 2012r2 remote desktop services (due to an IE dependent application), our end users are reporting (and I can duplicate) that printing to redirected printers is "slow".
If I install the printer directly on the server....4 seconds
If I use the same printer, but redirected, on the same document.....38 seconds.
We had to upgrade our clients to utilize M$ Remote Desktop Client version 8.x.
Please note....printing DOES work, it is just slower than it should be. Any suggestions?
