I have an Iphone 6 and the new emoticons including the one of the middle finger does not appear on my phone, how do I get them?

Check to make sure the emoji keyboard is activated. Also, I've never seen one of the middle finger on any device.
The middle finger emoji is available in iOS 9.1. It will be available after iOS 9 is released. You need to wait for a moment for that to happen.
That's only available in iOS 9 but you can get a developer version if you can not wait.

Not much point installing a beta copy when the final copy will be released to the public within the next two days. More problems than it is worth.

The middle finger emoji is not available in iOS 9, it's 9.1.

What a pleasant surprise to learn of this new emoji. Makes me wonder if these things are important anymore or not. I used to enjoy using a smile or frown, but a middle finger? What is this world coming to. Even postings here on the almost all have to contain things like "what the..." and other attempts at expletives. It seems no one can express themselves anymore without being as evil as they can! 😟
