Q: Hello team, I am unable to add my payment details while creating apple ID

Hello,

This is in regard my Apple mac book Air that I had bought recently.

I tried creating Apple Id, however while creating the account when I shared my payment details it shows an error message saying the payment method is declined.

Assist on how I can resolve this.
