WatchOS 2 will offer a version of Activation Lock for the Watch. Unfortunately it comes out in a day or two, just a bit too late for it to be useful to you 😟

is there a way to report my watch? or track it or find the location... it was stolen yesterday morning

There is no way to locate a lost or stolen watch.

If you had previously enabled Activation Lock, you can mark your watch as missing. This disables Apple Pay cards on your watch and keeps Activation Lock enabled, even if someone erases your watch. Your Apple ID and password would then be required before your watch could be paired again. If Activation Lock was enabled, to mark your watch as missing, follow the instructions here:

You can try contacting your credit card issuer (the card you used to purchase the watch). Depending on how long ago you purchased the watch, they may cover the loss.

No, you cannot locate a lost/stolen watch. Report it to the police and claim on your home contents insurance.
