iPhoneSwipe up from the bottom of the screen to access Control Center, then turn on Airplane Mode. Now swipe it back down, and double press the home button. Swipe up on the window of any app where you see this pop-up. Press the home button again. Now go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
