Do you have Apple Care? If so you should contact Apple, they will likely send you to the nearest Apple Store or in some cases may send you an overnight packing box to bring the computer back in for repair. If you do not have Apple Care you will possibly need to go to an Apple Store or certified Apple Repair Center to have this looked at.
If you have a backup, or you wish to attempt to verify the drive or performa an install from the recovery partition (if you have a working one) you can try to restore from that by booting int recovery mode

If your computer is no longer under warranty you can try internet recovery (if it's supported on your Model Mac)

If a wired network is available to you it may be faster and more reliable than Wi-Fi
Leave your computer plugged in during this install, do not run off battery alone.
the other option would be to use a mac or windows system to download the entire OS X 10.10.5 package and make a bootable Flash drive installer of Yosemite and see if that will allow you to reinstall.

from Mac

you will need the full install for 10.10.5, not the update and a USB flash drive with approximately 6GB free space.
