Chaning payment details on icloud

Hi there.

I recently changed my credit card but every time I try to input the new card details to icloud I am getting a message saying that I have not competed the form an to please enter the name of my town. There is only two address lines in the form and the I have tried every combination of the lines in my address but with no success.

Can anyone help please?
