Mac book pro ventilation problem?

My macbook pro's fan is running at high speed and it doesn't stop at any time. I did the apple hardware test and it does show any issues, ref no ADP000. Also I did the SMC resetting and still it didn't help. Please advice me what to do?

Another question apart this issue - Why in Bulgaria do we have to pay a fortune for any technical support?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), Processor 2.2/ Intel core i7

Install a temperature/fan speed monitoring application.

Open Activity Monitor to ALL PROCESSES and set CPU to display values from high to low.

When the fan speeds up, post images of both for inspection.

Some Bulgarians simply want to make as much money as they can. I suspect that they are not part of Apple Corporation, but independent businessmen.
