Q: I don't have a bank account yet, how can I set up apple ID with out a bank card?

HI, not sure if this is the right forum. But I need to set up new apple id. Just created one. But it requires bank card when setting up on app store. Can I set up even with out a bank card?

Yes.

You can select None for payment method > iTunes Store: Changing account information

Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information?

Note, you will only be able to download free content.
