In iTunes 12.2 my iPod classic is not recognized after I hold the center button and menu button. The apple logo appears on the iPod screen but is never recognized in iTunes. I get a message that says do not disconnect, but it has been plugged in overnight with no change in recognition. How do I get iTunes to recognize my iPod classic?
