Q: How do I get my apple watch to connect to the weight watchers app:

The Weight Watchers app  connects to the iOS Health app but I'd like to get my apple watch activity monitor to connect to the weight watchers app.  Is this possible?

    Hi

A software update for Apple Watch will be released tomorrow. It includes support for native apps on Apple Watch and will allow third party apps to access watch hardware features including the accelerometer, Taptic Engine and heart rate sensor.

iPhone-sourced data is not synced to the Workout or Activity apps on your watch, so your Weight Watchers app cannot do this.

As I believe you know, health and fitness data is instead stored within the Health app on iPhone (where the watch is one of many potential data sources), with combined data reflected in the Health app Dashboard.
