can i delete the I-photo library and aperture libary after Migration to Fotos on my mac Book Pro?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2010), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

sure - but it is best to keep them for a while to be sure you do not want or need them - and it will not save much space - Photos saves disk space by sharing images with your iPhoto or Aperture libraries - Apple Support

    You can but you may want to keep them awhile just in case you need to go back for any reason.

    Not without making sure you are having working backup copies of all your photo libraries.

    There are several reasons.

    • You may need to repeat the migration starting from the original libraries, should you discover a librarry corruption later. Some problems can better fixed in the original libraries than in the migrated library.
    • Not all items will migrate from iPhoto and Aperture to Photos. All Photos and videos will, but not the products and all smart albums. If you need to edit a book or Calendar, you will need to revert to the original libraries.
    • The migration is not lossless for edited photos. If you want further edit an Aperture photo, it is easier to edit in Aperture than in Photos.  Photos will migrate many Aperture edits as pairs of original and edited JPEG, you cannot undo edits separately and you will have to revert to the original in Photos  to edit the photo further.
    • Not all metadata of your photos will be accessible in Photos.
